I am Detective Avila, and this is my log...

I graduated from Harvard Law in '82, and have been with the FBI for twenty-seven years now.

The year was '98.  I was in the deep jungles of Nigeria in search of a clue for one of the greatest mysteries ever, so mysterious, I am not allowed to disclose it here. (Even though this is my personal log, I am afraid that it may fall into the hands of enemies I've made throughout my career.)  I was in an undisclosed location near a river, and there I saw him perched on a tree.  It was not the clue I was looking for, but I knew this monkey was no ordinary one.  He had white fur all over; his face was crimson red; his body posture was that of royalty; he had no flaws and appeared to be carefree of his surroundings, or even the world.  I wondered what he was doing here, sitting so innocently on the tree branch.  Without the slightest warning, he launched himself at me.  I fell to the ground immediately, and his weight pinned me down on my back.  He was now twice the size that I saw just a second ago, and I was so confused about everything that was happening.  Then, he spoke, "What brings you to my kingdom, stupid?"  I've never heard anyone call me "stupid," and even less coming from an animal!
"Please, I'm only trying to..." - but I was cutoff before I could finish.
"Shut up!" yelled the monkey.  Then, he started laughing and said, "I was simply messing with you, one of my favorite hobbies to do with people.  I actually enjoy meeting new people, but don't like others meeting me.  That's why I'm always hiding in the trees.  I'm surprised you noticed me, but now that you have, I have to kill you!  Ha-ha," laughed the monkey.  "I am only joking once again.  You see, I told you I like messing with people."  I was completely mesmerized by this creature, and there was a feeling deep in my soul saying- This monkey seems to posses hidden powers.

That is how our "friendship" began, and below are the cases of the infamous Hanuman and Detective Avila, which I'll inform you about later in my log.

(1) The Mysterious Cave of Maya
(2) Ahalya's Infidelity: A Conscious Decision?
(3) Ayodhya: Where has it Gone?
(4) Undisclosed

The fourth case cannot be disclosed at this point, but in time, you will solve it...maybe.  Below is your first clue.
(Note: Yes, the link to Case IV is broken. Why would I reveal its content at this point?)

Image Information
This picture is of two sisters, one young and the other older.  I chose this picture as the first clue not because of their age difference, but something else.
