1.  Valencia, Spain: Semester Study Abroad, Spring 2003
     * While I studied in Spain I had the opportunity to travel to several countries in Western Europe, making my experience abroad all  the more memorable!   Here is a list of those countries along with the cities I visited:

                      -Madrid, Spain
                      -Granada, Spain
                      -Barcelona, Spain
                      -Castellon de la Planta, Spain

                       -Frankfurt, Germany

2.  San Jose, Costa Rica: Five Weeks Study Abroad, June 2004
      *I studied in Costa Rica through a company called ISA (International Studies Abroad) and included in our price were weekend  excursions all over  Costa Rica.  They took us from the Southeast corner of the Caribbean Coast (30 minutes from Panama) all the way to the Northeastern corner of the Pacific Coast (a few hours from Nicaragua), and finally to an active volcano in the central part of Costa Rica.  After my month of studying my boyfriend  came to visit me for a week and I got to see even more of the countryHere is a list of the places I visited while in Costa Rica:

                        -Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica (Caribbean Coast)
                        -Volcan Arenal, Costa Rica
                        -La Fortuna , Costa Rica (famous for  the La Fortuna Waterfall)
                        -Manuel Antonio State Park, Costa Rica (Pacific Coast)
                        -Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica (Pacific Coast)
