One of my personal favorite directories is the Symbion Links Directory. It is well structured and easy to navigate. The Cool Directory is also easy to use, but the best thing about it is its very attractive design.
For webmasters that want to put their quality web site in a spam free directory with a PR5, look no farther than the Checking Point Human Edited Directory. Two more directories that provide a great experience for internet users and webmasters alike are the Human Edited Web Directory and the Human Contributed People's Directory.
