The Great Phenomena of the Afterlife

Have you ever seen a ghost? Or maybe even experienced a supernatural phenomenon that you could not explain?

 Ghosts

If you have, then the following stories will be of much interest to you. But if you answered no to those two questions, then I hope to persuade you that there are people out there who have really seen ghosts and have experienced the supernatural phenomena that cannot be explained. Please keep in mind that you have chosen to enter this site at your own risk. At this time, you have also allowed yourself and your cyberspace to enter into another realm of time and space.

If you are a skeptic of the supernatural and what may happen after death, then you are in for a rude awakening. What do you think may happen in the afterlife? Do loved ones really linger around if they do have unfinished business?

Let's start out with a few key definitions for those of you who may not be up to speed on the phenomenon of ghosts and the afterlife. The word supernatural is Latin and refers to something whose existence is outside of the natural world. This something that is supernatural seems to violate or go beyond natural forces. I am sure you have heard the next word used very loosely in conversation but it is another term worth careful consideration. It is the term ghost. Ghosts are often considered to be the apparition of a person who has moved on into the afterlife. Ghosts usually have an appearance similar to the appearance they had when they walked with the living, and they usually roam places that they might have encountered while alive. Many of you might know that the term ghost originates from the old English word, "gast," which means "breath" or "spirit" or "soul." In other words,  a ghost literally is a person's breath or spirit without their body. Some spirits move on after the conclusion of their life on Earth while others are sometimes stuck in an afterlife that keeps them roaming the Earth.

And this is where I must say my farewell and introduce you to your new narrators. If you are scared, I would suggest clicking the back button. But if you are daring enough, these next four stories you are about to read are like no other you may have encountered. Instead, the spirits themselves will tell these to you! This is where your adventure into another realm begins. Yes, just as you may be thinking, these are first-hand accounts of what these ghosts go through when they enter the supernatural world of the afterlife. So that you will not be too frightened by the stories you read, here is a snippet of what to look forward to in these four stories:

Eeier Toys-R-UsGhost 1: Why, hello there!?! You startled me. Let me start by saying that some of you may have heard of me, although many of you probably have not. I am known as the Toys 'R' Us ghost. Currently I roam around the Toys 'R' Us in Sunnyvale, California where my former lover decided to break my heart. But I just ended up loving it here! It's not that I enjoy being dead and all, but I find things to occupy myself with around the store. If you want to know more about my story just click here.

Ghost 2: I am not so fond of being dead. I was NOT suppose to be dead! I was RIPPED from my life
during my so-called best years--college. I now haunt my old dormitory not because I want to, but because what happened to me could have been prevented. I see all the college students who used to be in my classes still living their lives while I am stuck here in the afterlife just watching them. I have to warn you, though, that my story is a little gruesome to hear, but if you want to know more, click here.

Street at NightGhost 3: Hi. I am not sure where to start. My story is quite short and to the point. I am eight-years old and am dead. Of course, I do not like being dead at such a young age, but what can I do now? Mr. Sparks had too many drinks one night and I ended up in the wrong spot at the wrong time. I knew I should have listened to my parents when they told me to be home when the streetlights went on. Maybe if I would have listened, I would still be alive. I am not exactly sure how interesting my story might be to you since I was the one that did not listen to my parents, but if you want to know the details, just click here.
