About Me

My name is Donovan Ewing. I am from Montana, which means you will have to excuse my "northern accent". I come from a family of four; my parents, myself and my little brother. I have been at OU for two years now. I am a Communication major with a Chinese minor.

The interesting things about me are too many to write about - I have a lot of stories - so I will only mention a few. I have lived in Two different countries, traveled to three different countries, lived in 8 different states and more cities than I can name. I haven't traveled as much as I would like, but I am thankful for the places that I have been able to go to so far. Thus being so traveled, I like learning about culture and cultural history.

I'm a very active boy. I am a big swimmer, having competitively swam for 12 years. I love extreme sports (sky diving, rock climbing, kayaking and the like), and being outside. Being raised in Montana, and being an Eagle Scout has helped with my love of the outdoors. I love food, which is part of being a boy. My love for food lead me to want to eat good food, which then led me to learn to cook (not saying that I am an especially good cook). I love books. I read about two or more books a weeks. When all my stuff is packed up, I have 17 boxes of books, two boxes of things, two boxes of cookware, a dufflebag full of clothes, and a guitar.

And finally, as I said before, I have a lot of stories. Some cool, some gross, some fun, some horrible, all worth telling.
