This is Ralph Hellinger. He and his father owned a pair of record presses, and Ralph was part of the radio underground before the British left, by day operating a respectable recording business with his father. The declaration was a secret, and he and his father were requested to bring their record press to a certain location at a certain time, and wound up producing the recording we have of Ben-Gurion giving the declaration. He was there, he saw it, and he told us what it was like.
