Description:  This is a story about a little boy named Alexander, who used to be rich last Sunday.  In this story Alexander gets a dollar from his grandparents and contemplates what to do with his money.  Through the course of the story, we learn what Alexander does with his dollar.  This book is a great way to introduce a lesson about money from one cent to one dollar in the classroom.
