THE 2002-2003 MUSTANG DRUM MAJORS
Jessica McBrooks and Scott Sampsohn
Seniors Jessica McBrooks and Scott Sampsohn are this years 2002-2003 Mustang Drum Majors. Both are returning from last year where they recieved the district award for "OUTSTANDING DRUM MAJORS". These two have taken it to the top this year. NOt only have they fulfilled their duties of leading the band on the field, they have also provided supervision and care for students in the abnd while on trips to away games, state marching contest and during concert band trips. Jessica has been very successful with her job this year as she as coordinated a group of band studetns to travel to the local Junior High School and play for them to get the interest in continuing in their band career in high school. Scott has also been a big help this year as he has taken over the authority of directing the basketball pep-band for this yera basketball season. He is such a role model that the studetns listena nd obey his orders while at games. Both of these seniors are really going to be missed here at Robert E. Lee and hope they will continue in THEIR band careers in college.
