~ABOUT ME~
I
am currently a sophmore at the University of Oklahoma, and my major is
Spanish education. I came from a
little town in Oklahoma called Broken Arrow where most of my family
resides.
There I lived with my parents, Peter and Elizabeth Miranda, and my 16
year old
brother Peter Jr. I have always been very involved in school. I was a
member of
Student Council, DECA ( I won 1st place in Fashion
Merchandising
Promotion Plan in the State), National Honor Society, French Club,
Culture
Club, Junior and Senior Board, and Students for Christ (My sophomore
year I was
President for Student Council and senior year I was parliamentarian for
DECA).
Outside of School I worked as a hostess/server at a restaurant called
Cheddar’s
for about a year and a half. Now I am an office manager for Oklahoma
Scholastic Media. In my spare time I love to watch TV (which is very
bad I know), some of my favorite shows are Heroes, Lost, Nip/Tuck,
Gossip Girl, The Jeff
Corwin Experience, and Project Runway. I also LOVE to travel and hang
out with
my friends, have family gatherings, play board games, do creative
random
things, read books (Twilight is
the best), go out to eat at expensive restaurants,
take naps, surf the net (here
is a website that I like to visit often, where I can watch shows I've
missed or a movie: Surf the
Channel),explore
new things, take risks, and have girls’ nights out.
