An Alter Ego is by definition, another self, a second personality or persona within a person. Famous examples include Charlie Brown for Charles Schulz or Eminem and Slim Shady for Marshall Mathers. As far as I am concerned, I'm known as JL or Ejan-Suilo. My most famous and I'm scared to say most independent alter ego is Ntaboo.

Note that an Alter Ego can also be defined as a very close and trusted friend who seems almost a part of yourself.

This site is your portal to the very intricate mind, sometimes confusing, but certainly distinct, of Jean-Louis. Here you will find News that, in my opinion, are relevant to one that pretends to be an intellectual and the alter's comments on them. Jean-Louis' resume because he has to get a real job. A list of all the current or past projects all the alter and Jean-Louis are working on. Finally a gallery, which includes artwork, pictures and music.We challenge you, while you're going through this site, to find and identify who your alter ego is, and what his/her ambitions are, remember that it could also be a friend so don't sweat it.

In the mean time here are the profiles of each alter ego:

JL

He is African and proud to be, he found his emancipation in 1998 when he started to be confronted by the growing ego of Ntaboo. Feeling oppressed he found refuge in artistic forms. Piano player, he got his talent from Jean-Louis' mother and sister who are two talented musicians. His mother Catherine, a soprano, and his sister Sophie, a pianist virtuoso, shaped JL taste for music. JL is now a music producer.

Ejan-Suilo

He is the newest oldest alter. He is the European, the French guy, like the other alter call him. Very shy by nature, he barely expresses himself, just the bear minimum. He truly found his emancipation in late 2004. Also feeling oppressed by Ntaboo, he found refuge in Philosophy and graphic arts. Painter, he transposes all his emotions and frustration through paint. Ejan-Suilo is very passionate about his craft and his tirelessly working on his skills. He's also the photoshop guy.

Ntaboo

He is the most independent alter. He basically drains his knowledge and skills from the other alter. He is a multitalented, multifaceted individual. He's driven by success and he's a true trendsetter in everything that he does. Ntaboo finds his inspiration in the many cultures of the world. He values mostly family and friendship. According to him, the friends that you make today are the leaders and trendsetters of tomorrow. He finds his motivation from the achievements of the most influential man in Jean-Louis life: his father. Gilbert Ntang is the man he looks up to, and he's always challenging himself to do better than him. Ntaboo is an incredible leader and a true gentleman. It is believed that he's a ladies' man in denial and that he participated to the new edition of the Kama Sutra. And oh yeah, he thinks that he's from some kind of Asian descent...and that's a riddle to everyone.

Jean-Louis

Well...basically he is just a regular guy who grew up in a Presbyterian family, went to a catholic school, his closest friend is a muslim, and his last girlfriend was a Buddhist. You know, the type of person that you see in class, at work or that you meet in the street. He's also the Hub where of all those alter egos communicate and exchange ideas making him who he is. Which is why people are always surprise when they find out about his skills. The kid is a fast learner and speaks three languages, French, English, and Spanish, without counting the African dialects taught by his family. He's also learning Japanese. His social and leadership skills are impressive. His memory cannot be altered in anyway and some people found out about it the hard way. Jean-Louis believes that people are judged by their actions and their words. He is a man of his words, if he makes promise, he will keep it. Jean-Louis is detail oriented and very patient, the ladies seem to love it. He loves cooking and he's good at it, something else that they like. He's currently trying to get into the advertising business, where he can easily fit anywhere from an account executive to an art director/copywriter position even passing through media and research. Yeah...that much talent.
