This is quite possibly the greatest creation in hypothetical government positions since someone suggested Caesar Augustus for President, for Alexander the Great as Vice-President, and a Cabinet with such greats as Napoleon, Confucius, and ANDi (the first glow-in-the-dark monkey).  There would be some very interesting changes in Washington with such a regime, of course.  The White House would be an iron-walled citadel, Congress would be a huge arena filled with heroes, and the Supreme Court would just be plain scary.
