So there I was, all the way out in Mumbai, India on my first job assignment. I had never dreamed my job as a UPS delivery man would take me this far away. The package was addressed to some man named Allu Desai. The address on the package must have been all messed up. It took me into this small bar where I noticed this guy sitting in the corner who had completely blue skin! I came all this way and I was not going to miss a chance to speak with this guy. So I walked over..."Hey buddy, what is your name...?"

"Hello, I am the great warrior Rama," he began. "You may recognize me from the book, Ramayana, or you might recognize me from my small role in the hit film, Slumdog Millionaire."

"Wow, was this really happening?" I thought to myself. "Hey man, what is with the bow and arrows? I have just got to hear your story"...

"I will tell you about my encounters with a few of the great "rakshasas," or "demons," as some English folks have called them. Perhaps then you will understand why I continue to carry this weapon with me. While my encounters with the rakshasas seem to happen all the time, I will chose the four encounters that I think make the best stories. These four tales include moments of intense battles, bravery, and courage."

"The first encounter I will tell you about is my encounter with that she-devil of a lady, Taraka. This encounter is actually one of my first with the rakshasas. You see, after I was asked to train with Vishvamitra, my first real test was to battle and kill Taraka. This story shows my bravery and courage as well as the might I have in battle."

"The second of the four encounters you shall hear is about my showdown with Maricha. I tell you what, that Maricha is one sly rakshasa. My encounter with him turns out to be the source of a lot of anguish and frustration in my life. To be honest, I am a little bit embarrassed to even tell this one."

"The third tale is one of the time I met Surpanakha. Surpanakha is the sister of the evil Ravana. Surpanakha was very pretty until she and my brother Lakshmana got into a bit of a scuffle. This story is a little about lust and a little about infatuation. You see, she was so infatuated with me, because of my blue skin I suppose, that it cost her dearly."

"The fourth and final tale is my showdown with the great rakshasa leader, Ravana. My encounter with Ravana is one I shall surely never forget. He is so strong and so powerful that the gods themselves cannot stop him. Any man who does battle with him is quickly sapped of half his strength, which goes immediately into Ravana. As you can imagine, this was a very tough fight for me."

"This will take a little while," he said. "Let me buy you a drink"...
