About the Author
Hi everyone!!! My name is Aldwyn Sappleton and I approved this website:>) I just want to take time out to say thank you for visiting my website. I am guessing you must be pretty bored right now. "How does he know that?" you may ask yourself. Well my friend, for starters you are actually visiting my website. There are a lot more things you could be doing right now unless you're my professor who has no choice but to look at my site to give me a grade. In any case lo siento muchisimo. I appreciate you visiting and I hope you enjoy the experience. I promised to give a little synapses about my self, so here goes... I am currently an MBA student at the University of Oklahoma. I did my undergraduate work at the University of Oklahoma as well where I majored in International Business and Economics. I also run track and Cross Country for OU and I am currently in my final year of competition. I attended two high schools; Edwin Allen and Munro College (yes ... those were the good days when I was young). My primary education came from James Hill Primary School. So people, these are the institutions that are responsible for molding my screwy little brain. Cheers. Where am I from? Well, if you noticed the multicolored flag on my site then you should know that I am from the beautiful island of Jamaica and no I don't smoke ganja. So... you may be wondering why Oklahoma? Well mi amigo, the answer is simple yet complicated. In short OU has an excellent student-athlete program, which they continually try to improve and the tradition of Jamaican Olympians did help in my decision to come here. Recent 400m hurdles silver medalist Danny McFarlane and 2000 400m bronze medalist Michael Blackwood are just a few examples. That was a bit long winded wasn't it? Ooops my bad. What about Family? All of my immediate family are currently in Jamaica except for my sister (Shan) who is currently finishing up her PhD in Political Science here at OU. I have two more sisters Nicoleen and Sophia and a little brother Alwayne (no not Aldwyn:>)) I have two older brothers as well; Livingston and Gerry!!! Pretty big family ehh? Hey, as the bible says "be fruitful and multiply." Ok, given that you are still awake at this moment or even half asleep, you can take a tour of my website. I have some cool pictures, there is my resume and ultimately if you feel the urge you can sign my guest book. About the pics, I only have running pics at the moment, but I will try to give you a little bit more flavor throughout the course of the year. If you like what you see let me know and if you don't you can still let me know. Have a great day!!!
