I can't say that I was raised in Oklahoma because I am a Navy brat but I call it home because it is where my grandparents and family live. I joined the Navy myself after high school and completed a five year contract that ended in 2004. I still owe three more years and so I am an inactive reservist right now until the summer of 2007. I've got a countdown! I have a beautiful spoiled cat named Alleigh (pronounced al-ee) who completely rules my world. I have had her for nine years and so she has me trained really well. I love to travel. I have been to most places in western Europe and I have hopes of seeing many more places. I am currently a History degree senior and will graduate in May. My dream job is to be a historical consultant for a film or drama production company. I have applied and am patiently waiting on a response from Cardiff University in Wales, United Kingdom in hopes that I will receive my master's and then doctorate from there. Let's keep our fingers crossed!
One of my favorite bands is Coldplay. They are coming to concert February 27th at the Ford Center. I have great seats and am super stoked to see them live again! They are an amazing band! Plus it really helps that they are British because I have a thing for British men.
