Montana
From 16 May through 1 July 2005, we surveyed for amphibians and reptiles on BLM lands around Billings, Montana. The main area we worked in was situated between the Pryor and Beartooth Mountains in Carbon County, primarily sagebrush shrublands and grasslands. We found five species of amphibians and ten species of reptiles. While working in Montana, we lived in Bridger, a small town full of nice people and interesting characters.
