Purpose
2. To be a guide and a mentor to those who seek cultural strength, knowledge, courage, and importance in their lives. 3. To provide a forum for the exchange of information, concerns, ideas, experiences, resources, support, and questions relating to the broad spectrum of Native American culture. 4. To become actively involved in civic, educational, and cultural programs to enhance both the Native American communities and the image of the represented higher education institution. 5. To influence a climate to stimulate positive multi-cultural relations conducive to achieving educational, personal, and community goals. 6. To promote the establishment of local chapters at various colleges and universities in the several states of the United States and Canada and to provide for their proper organization, instillation and maintenance. 7.
